Hello! My name is Kristy Jo and I would love to be your Realtor!

After helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Connecticut real estate market since 2019, I’ve recently made an exciting move and am now proudly based in Eastern Tennessee—starting a brand new chapter in this gorgeous state I already love. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or growing your investment portfolio, I’m here to make the process as smooth (and even enjoyable!) as possible.

If there’s one thing that really gets me excited, it’s a great renovation. I could spend hours looking at before-and-after transformations! There’s something so rewarding about seeing an older home brought back to life and given a second chance. I love helping clients see the potential in a property—not just what it is today, but what it can become.

When I’m not talking real estate, you’ll usually find me with my family. I’m a proud wife and mom to two amazing kids—a daughter and a son—who keep life fun and full of adventure.

We’re also a huge animal-loving family! Our little homestead is home to chickens, bunnies, dogs, and cats, so there’s never a dull moment around here.
